I just bought my first house and I knew I wanted my furnace cleaned and serviced before I moved in. I phoned Horizon Heating and from the first phone call until the end of the service call, I was extremely impressed. The man who answered the phone was extremely knowledgeable and answered all my questions, explained the entire process to me and provided a clear quote.
The day of the appointment, they called and said they were on their way and arrived early. They put down runners to protect my floors as they moved their equipment in and were in and working very quickly. They did a fantastic job, they were fast but thorough, and the price was in line with what I was quoted. Both Trish and Devin were extremely friendly, professional and efficient. I have already recommended Horizon to friends and family, and I will continue to refer them to anyone needing any furnace service.

In Oct 2016, I had the unfortunate experience of my furnace quitting unexpectedly on a Friday night. I was referred to Horizon Heating based on a friend's experience with Perry. Perry took the time to help me understand my options and determine the best course of action for me. When the time came for my appointment, technicians Rich and Kyle were extremely thorough in their troubleshooting. Their attention to detail ensured my repair was cost effective and only involved what actually needed to be done. My humidifier had also stopped working in the previous week, and it turned out they had the part to help get it going again - so they did. This repair was not part of the original service call.
I am delighted with the professional and courteous service I received from Horizon Heating. They demonstrated a helpfulness beyond what I expected - they really went the extra mile to make sure I was taken care of. I would recommend Horizon Heating to anyone without hesitation!!

My furnace fan kept running, but there was no heat. I got lots of phone advice, but changing the filter and shutting it off & starting it up again didn't help. Brodie, the NZ Horizon serviceman came over after hours. He was very polite and efficient. He soon found out that I needed a new gas valve; he ran out and got it from his van. (it was -26*). I'm warm & happy again.

Highly recommend Horizon Heating. Was extremely happy with the service I received from Tom. He was professional, thorough, knowledgeable and clean. He even took his boots off before entering my house. He was upfront about what needed to be done to repair my furnace. Unfortunately my furnace warranty was with another company so I needed to have it repaired by the other company. But the difference in service with the other company and Horizon was incredible. I am switching the warranty over to Horizon Heating and will be recommending them to all my friends.

Excellent service and excellent quality!
Every member of the team at Horizon was friendly, knowledgeable, and professional. They did top-notch work installing our new furnace and tankless water heater. The team was faced with an especially tough job because of how inefficiently our furnace room was originally laid out. They worked hard to make our new layout organized, efficient, and tidy. We're thrilled with the result! We will continue to use Horizon and highly recommend them to others.
